Who is responsible for your data

Tizi & Co, the publisher of this website (see our legal notice). Contact: contact@tiziandco.com.

The data we use

  • Lab (express audit): the website address you submit, screenshots of its homepage and our analysis. Screenshots are deleted automatically after 14 days. Your IP address is kept for 48 hours to prevent abuse.
  • Forms (full audit, brief, instant quote): company name, website address, work email, your answers and your message. Your IP address and country accompany the request to limit abuse.
  • Business-to-business outreach: business contact details published by companies themselves (website, directories, social media), to offer them our services.
  • Clients: the information needed for quotes, invoices and delivering our services.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your request and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and UK GDPR).
  • Reaching out to businesses: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Every message lets you opt out.
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

  • Requests and prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Quotes and invoices: 10 years, as required by French law.

Who can access it

The Tizi & Co team, and our service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting for this website and our tools) and Anthropic, PBC (an AI tool that helps us prepare audits and messages). Both are based in the United States; transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or port it, and object to outreach at any time. Email contact@tiziandco.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, the CNIL in France, or your local authority elsewhere. If you are in the US or Canada, you can use the same email to exercise any rights your local law gives you.

Cookies

No analytics, advertising or social media cookies. A single functional cookie remembers your language choice (English or French); it doesn't need your consent. Your browser also keeps, for the length of the visit only (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed), the reference of your conversation with Tizi and, if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the campaign source; it is attached to your request so that we know where it came from, and, with no cookie and no IP address, it adds 1 to a per-ad visit counter. Fonts are hosted on our own website.

Visitor statistics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no identifiers: number of visits, pages viewed, referring website, device and browser type, country. We only see this as overall statistics. It can't follow you across websites or recognise you from one visit to the next, and your IP address isn't kept. It tells us which pages and campaigns work. To do this, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare's servers.
